Identity verification: We may contact you to verify your identity before processing your request, to ensure we protect your data from unauthorised access.

Response time: We are legally required under PDPL Article 18 to respond within 30 days of receiving your request (extendable to 60 days for complex requests). You will receive an acknowledgement email immediately upon submission.
